The content writer will be working on updating website content, FAQs, guidelines, and new blog posts related to the eCommerce industry.

Our ideal candidates should be not just good content writer but also good content consumer – who understand the kind of content which is being written in digital media across platforms. This consumption, we feel, will feed into the writing and make it contemporary and relevant.

The content writer will work closely with the marketing team to develop innovative and engaging content.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, curate, and manage all social media content to promote various industry-related events.
• Develop content for marketing campaign, newsletter & social media.
• Write articles to educate customer about specific topics.
• Research online to find general market trend and write about it.
• Follow news and write about latest happenings in the industry.
• Able to analyze data and explain in clear simple understandable language.

Skill & Experience

• Hands-on experience in content management
• Strong written & verbal communication skills
• Excellent copywriting skills
• Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)
• Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics
