Job Details

Customer Support Associate will have daily interaction with our clients to provide support for various queries they may have with application.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide voice based support to international/domestic customers over phone (Inbound and Outbound) and explain our product & schedule a demo.
  • Should be able to build a rapport with the customer, with clear and confident communication.
  • He/She shall be required to contact prospective clients through calls, messages, emails etc.
  • Will be responsible for the complete sales cycle from lead generation to payment.

Skill & Experience

  • Minimum 1 yrs. experience in Sales of Software Products, SaaS ,IT Software sales experience.
  • Must have outbound calling experience.
  • Must have excellent oral & written English language skills.
