Job Details
Customer Support Associate will have daily interaction with our clients to provide support for various queries they may have with application.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide voice based support to international/domestic customers over phone (Inbound and Outbound) and explain our product & schedule a demo.
- Should be able to build a rapport with the customer, with clear and confident communication.
- He/She shall be required to contact prospective clients through calls, messages, emails etc.
- Will be responsible for the complete sales cycle from lead generation to payment.
Skill & Experience
- Minimum 1 yrs. experience in Sales of Software Products, SaaS ,IT Software sales experience.
- Must have outbound calling experience.
- Must have excellent oral & written English language skills.
